Default front wheel done Pics and question about rotors?

I have started the rather tedious job of painting my rotors and calipers and insttalling new wheels to my ride below are a few pics for ya I have got to the point where I am stuck so I thought I would have some dinner and pic your brains When I swapped out the front the rotor turned freely by hand the rears are a diffent story locked in place how can i turn the rear rotor to finish the job? I am no mechanic not by a long shot but I like to attempt small jobs like this one thanks for any help.

Rubber mallet, or there is retaining clip sometimes in the center that will hold them there not often though

lol i realize my yard looks white trash but I wasnt even drinking I was going to use the box to cover the part of the rotors that wasnt going to be painted but ended up just taping it off it was easier. A guy in another forum told me the tool I needed was a lawn mower lol.

Try using a plastic bag around the rotor, may be faster than taping off. But idk, I took my brakes off and painted them, granted they were off already (I was upgrading them at the time). Use high temp paint, it may hold up better.

I actually used an old t shirt to cover the calipers when I painted the rotors and I used duplicolor caliper paint black for the calipers and metalic gray for the rotors I was pleased with how they turned out 15 dollars well spent.

I have never heard of someone painting the rotor?.. The only way I see it making things look better is it may not rust as bad where they don't see contact with the pads?
