I do like the idea of a side profile outline like some that they do here (Like you said though, would be hard due to some of those thin, subtle lines).

That's looking nice. I think you should print some interesting designs. Why don't you print it for motorcycles and also for cars? They are simple designs. What do you say about printed shirts? I think that's good. You can sale it on any where for your members. That's a useful thing instead of these stickers and also are portable.
