Nice work! Looks great!
Interesting installation method. I noticed you placed the full black vinyl sheet over the stripe markers. Do you pull up on the stripe markers, which then cuts the vinyl?

We used knifeless tape for the installation. We used 3M material for the stripes. With the tape, you lay out your stripes with it then lay the vinyl over the tape. The knifeless tape has a very fine filiment that you "pop" and pull it to cut the vinyl perfectly. This, in my opinion is the best way to do stripes. It allows you to get them perfectly straight all over the car without ever laying a knife to the paint!

We took off the scoop and put it back on after the stripes were layed down.

BTW, this isn't the first stripe job we have done! LOL!!

Now I want to find a shop that uses this method! This job not being y'all's first is apparent by that method.

People on this forum have gone to shops who have at least claimed to do multiple stripe jobs (including dealers) and the whole car would come out with gaps out the wahzoo.

If I lived in Indiana I would be giving y'all a visit. Nice job again.

I half wish I knew someone around here that did quality work like that... but even if I did I cant decide on what stripes if any to use anyway. I feel like the two racing stripes are over used, but rarely see anything different that looks good. Hmm..

I'm going to have to look into this knifeless tape. I could not get an even gap on mine over the front bumper. I never put my stripes back on after having the car painted, because it was such a hassle the first time.
