its the mufflers giving you the bad sound.
i wouldn't change them to Flows.

I think Jas5 has the best sounding exhaust on the forum. I have the Pypes O/R H, and FM40s (basically ATs). There's quite a bit of trumpet at higher RPMs on the inside of the car, but it has tone and boy does it turn heads. It sounds much better on the outside, IMO.

Sorry to bring this alive again, but my dads friend just inherited like millions and bought all these cars an things. Anyway he has an 07 roush and took the stock roush exhaust off an said he would give it to me. It's axle back but it's not round like allot of the roush exhaust I have seen is, it's flat an so is the tip. Anybody know what this would sound like or if it's a good setup

Yes they look like that man, what's the difference in them and the expensive round ones!

I'm not sure man. Those are the ones that came stock on my car.

You should be able to take those tips off, yeah.

Thanks man, I know the round ones are like 5 or 6 hundred, so you have o/r h and them axle backs?

the first video has bbk longtubes, o/r x, and those. the first part of the second one is stock exhaust with roush axlebacks.
