Hi everyone to this forum. I currently have a 1993 ford mustang gt with a 306 and a vortech supercharger. I also have a 2009 dodge caliber srt4 with a 61mm turbo setup and a bunch of other goodies. Joined this forum to see if anyone has seen this car around the forums before. A friend of mine works at a dealership and bought this car on the internet and i have been looking to trade my srt in on it. it has the stage 2 procharger on it and a couple other goodies. the car came with a folder full of everything that was done and where it was done. just trying to see if anyone know who owned this car. it came from CT here is a link to the car http://www.starcarhellertown.com/pre...82H875293457/#

I'm confused. It says it's a 4.6 but the car is trimmed as if it's a V6 with the exception of the faux gas cap. Have you looked at it?

And at 600+ HP, I hope it's forged and other items upgraded since 450 RWHP is about the point that things can become unglued.

They're probably crank rating it, and adding on 50-100 to entice buyers.

I mean, the article says that hood costed almost 2000 dollars!

How much money does the dealership want for this car? Looks good and it sounds as though it has the right parts on it. Seems like it would be a fun car to own. It all boils down to the price....how much?

You said the car comes with paperwork as to what was done....where in CT did he have the car worked on for either part install or dyno tune. I'm from CT and this is a small state, so most likely I would of heard of the tuner/shop.

Welcome to the forum! Looks like if you get that car you will have a HUGE head start as far as mods go.

Like Nuke stated above, 3V's are usually good to 450RWHP. I would say anything above that on stock internals is a gift, so be careful. By the way the dealer can shout out any power # they want. Tell them to show you a dyno sheet + a CarFax.

Good luck!

its a friend that works at the dealers and the windshield says 540hp because It the dealership just trying to make it look good when its sitting on the lot and yes he was just saying to the crank. The car had a dyno **** in the car which said it made 458. I dont know much about this new ones since i am more into the foxes. it has 19,000 miles and they are asking 25 but i am going to try and get it for what they paid for it which was like 21-22. im trying to think more of what i know about it. I have to text him again to get the name of the place that did all the work i cant think of the name at this time.

i dont believe the hood cost 2000. The car comes with all the stock parts even the stock hood. i am not a big fan of the hood so the stock hood would go back on for now if i did buy it

I'm still trying to figure out why it has the V6 Pony fender badges.

welcome to MF.

i dont belive it has the power it says it has.
there aren't even any engine pics.
thats weird since they claim 600 HP.
if you do make an offer, low ball them.
they probobly took this on a trade in for like 12k.
