Default Selling Value

Thinking about selling my car before winter instead of storing it.Would like to look at purchasing a 13 Shelby next spring.Selling now and saving through the winter sounds like a plan.
I owe about 12k on my 11.What would be a fair price to list my car at?I was thinking around 28k,does that sound about right?I am getting 27-28 from NADA and KBB.I have looked around on Ebay and locally, seeing prices up to 31k which seems to be pretty high.
I know i don't get any points for mods but i haven't done to much yet and no mods to power.Done 20" tires and wheels,1/4 louvers,30% tint and some engine dress up.It has about 10k miles.

Thanks

28K seems a tad high, but a good starting point I believe. You have a great color as well. I would go with $28,500 and stop around 27K. Put that extra 15K in a 12 month cd and make a little money. Have you tried CarMax? They are pretty fair with buying cars from time to time. What adds other than premium does it have? MSRP? How are the tires, even wear?

As a reference: I bought a 11 with 5K miles from a dealership in April for $28,900. The car blew up, but that's another issue.

Hurry and sell it before 13's are that cheap.

Yikes,blown motor?!Does not sound good...
Sounds like I am in the right neighborhood then.Tires are brand new, maybe couple hundred miles,Godspeed Omega wheels with staggered 20's,lowered on Eibach pro kit,35% window tint, pretty basic stuff. No brems or 3:73's Msrp was right around 36k.
Thanks for the assist and good idea on the CD but trying to buy a house this year and hoping to get into the shelby in late spring.
