Default Engine DTC help

I have been having a few codes thrown here after I finished my v8 swap. I was having the infamous cam sensor circuit code(p0340). I have since replaced the alternator. Now I am throwing these 4 codes, P0010, P0020, P0135, P0155. When I first finished the swap, those codes plus a few others popped up, but I cleared those out and they never showed up until now. They appear about every other start and it appears to wreak some havoc with the car, can notice the engine misfiring, the throttle response is horrible, and it struggles to get moving. After a while it seems to come to life and runs better, however there is still a slight miss. I will be getting in contact with my tuner about doing some datalogging, however I have read that these codes all go in conjunction with each other. Just want to know if anyone out there has experienced these.

Pretty sure I don't, these 4 codes had disappeared for a few weeks after the initial startup, but now just recently started to pop up.

http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=10&viewfile...scriptions.pdf

P0010 - Intake Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit/Open (Bank 1)
P0020 - Intake Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit/Open (Bank 2)
pinpoint tests both are "HK" (which isn't in the online accessible service manuals)

P0135 - O2 Heater Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
P0155 - O2 Heater Circuit (Bank 2, Sensor 1)
pinpoint tests both are "DW"

Possible the one sensor is having an issue for the last 2 codes, not sure about the first 2. Possibly caused by the sensor issue though, which I guess is what you read yourself in researching this...

OP are you using new O2 sensors or just your old ones?

Is the wiring schematic identical between the PCM you picked up and the those you are using?

What year is the engine/PCM combo?

It's just strange how these codes are acting up, for a few weeks I wasn't getting any of these accept for the P0340 which is related to the alternator and now these just decide to pop up.

I am using the O2 sensors from the V6, the engine is from a 2008. The ECU/Wiring harness are from a 2005. Also, the engine bogging seems to happen at idle and when the engine is still cold, once at operating temp the problem seems to dissipate.
