very nice - congrats. don't be in any hurries to mod the car .. enjoy it for what it is before ya start tinkering too much. all in due time, you will figure out what is bothering you, what's missing, what needs to be adjusted.

Hey guys/gals,
I just wanted to add something I learned from this car buying experience. I noticed that everyone, including the salesmen, are extremely hard on these cars when taken out for a test drive. I test drove 4 GT's and they all had over 60 hard miles on them. One college kid was basically doing doughnuts once he left the lot for his test drive. When I was done test driving, I told them to find me all the GT's with the lowest miles and I would choose from the litter. I found this one with 1.8 miles fresh off the truck.

It looks great, but i'd rather take that $30k and put $10-$15k into my 06 and use the rest to buy a small economy car or another motorcycle.

What color did you go with? I was torn between my trusty Sterling Grey, Grabber Blue, and Performance White. When you see the white in person with the new blacked out tail lights, it's trult awesome. Pictures don't do it justice!
Trust me, I went back and forth with those same options for about 45 days. I can say without a doubt that trading in the 2010 for this was the best option for me. I have "safer" potential now when I need to supercharge it. With the 2010, my max power had a ceiling that I wasn't to comfortable with taking a chance on.

I drive past a white '13 in the dealer lot often and that black on white look is sexy. I do love how they look these days. I'll hold onto my '07 forever though. I'm actually interested to see 2015 and maybe have one to park next to my '07 in a couple years. Retro and new age. And then way down the road I'll get an old fastback to restore.
