Orange peel is in the clear coat. You can wet sand it yourself if you are brave, but I'd just live with it.
Thank you. Doesn't sound like something I would do but would find a very good shop or detailer. Living with it is an option but not something I would do unless the solution was very complicated/risky. Just such a nice color...
I would ask the dealer about the orange peel to get the official reply....in writing. Then visit a high end body shop and see what they say. Most can be fixed....but as said, it can be difficult so be careful who you choose.
Of course, without pics, do we really know you finally got the car?????????????lol

Did a lot of reading about this. Also, looked at a LOT of new cars. Almost all have it to some extent. I work in an area with lots of new BMWs, Lexus, Mercedes, even Lambos, Ferraris, etc.. even noticed it on some of them. Definitely just going to live with it - seems the solution is wet sanding but that removes some (even very small) amount of clear coat and you need to find someone that is very very good at it. Not worth the effort/time/cost to me.
Thanks for the responses.
btw - Haven't posted pics because haven't had a chance to wash it yet!!! Don't want to post "dirty pictures" here ; )
