Default Humor me with this little question :)

2 choices...

Choice #1.....new 2013 GT, cloth, no options what so ever. Color you like inside/out. Maybe a $1-2k more than choice #2

Choice #2.....used (under 10k miles) 2011 GT, leather and possibly a few more options (nothing major). $1-2k less than a new 13'. Also, color combo you like.

The warranty on a 13' is obviously longer on what's left for the 11', but honestly, the chances of the 11' being a giant lemon turd are minor so I'm not sure how much of a factor that would be.

Thanks for indulging me on this little experiment/poll

To me it would come down to which body style and option level works for you....but I would get one of them for sure......

First of all, I'd see if you could push them down on the 2011 price further...if so, I'd take it. If the warranty thing worried you at all, I'd just buy an extended for a little while after the factory ends, it wouldn't cost too much;therefore still cheaper than option 1.

I think I'd go with the 5.0
You could always save up for leather seats down the road. The 5.0 was quite a jump from the 4.6.

If I already had a 4.6 I'd prolly just mod it if I wanted performance but if I had no 4.6, I'd go with the 5.0

i'd go with the 2013...but then again, i did already

it ultimately comes down to which body style you like and the warranty. i got my car for he performance, not the creature comforts

Both cars are 5.0's.

I would go with the 2013 since I like the front end better but that is just my opinion.

I would go with 11 just to have the leather.

If you're only talking $1k-$2k between a brand spanking new, never been driven by anyone else, Mustang vs. a used, who knows how it was treated, Mustang....I'd have to really evaluate both extrememly close and choose based on the one I liked the best.....money-wise, you're not talking a big difference there

I would get the 13 with leather in the color I wanted. X-plan works on the new cars, not on used cars. Plus you get the much improved 13 rear end!
