I got my Mustang blown already, but getting the parts and everything installed from the dealership was just over 16k........
Just over 16k. Must of been more to it than just a supercharger install.

OP
I'd get an oil catch can and catch can for ur tranny

I second the catch cans. New power will purge trans oil out big time. JDM sells the trans unit. Tune is everything, brenspeed wrote me a fantastic email tune for my m90, cams, cai, and longtube setup. No Dyno available on Maui so email was my only option.

Congrats and get ready for a entirely new mustang experience.

Holy hell? Who quoted you that? $9k max is waht it should be for parts, install and a dyno tune at the high end. 16K is ridiculous.. If that's what the PO of your car paid he was definitely ripped off or had a lot more stuff done than that.. For 16K you can have yourself a nicely built motor along with a SC install done..

I'm sorry I overspoke, I forgot it had a lot of other stuff done to it at the same time.
TVS300, intercooler, secondary pump and all that plus hood pins was only $7225.98.

The company(MRL Performance) I am hoping will do the work for me has guys from all over Canada getting their installs and tuning done by them so my guess is he is worth looking into. I figure I will be around $6500-$7K in by the time it is all installed and tuned. Right now I am sitting close to $5000 which is the Supercharger, guages, guage pod and some new motor mounts(recomended to me by a couple of guys because of my higher milage) I figure install and tuning(basing this on no complications) should be anywhere from $1500+. Didn't realise guages and such were so pricey!!!
