This actually boggled my mind for a minute; I thought I had seen them all. At first I thought it looked like the street scene bumper with some universal fog lights cut into it, but upon further inspection... nope.

So I googled mustang body kits europe and found this... interesting:

good find, I actually think the bumper looks nice, but the sides of the front lip are pointing up too much in my opinion. The bumper looks bulging with the huge pre - lip portions on the sides.

 

I agree! It is a good looking bumper. Something is a little off when looking at it from the side, but I think if he cleaned up the rest of the front it would look amazing. (Lose the horrible front plate and hood pins, maybe have a smoother hood, and bullitt grille) I reeeeally like the rear bumper! Too bad it appears to be made for the long rectangular european plates only.

 

It's not only the bumper that's nice, that hood is seriously good looking.

 

i love that front bumper!!! but im guessing that its a one of... tried looking to see if they sell it. i think that out gt's should of came with fogs on the bumper from the factory!!

 

Looks Like an 07-09 Roush bumper but with the lower grill area sloping outward instead of inward. If you look close, on the russian car, you can see the splitters. They are just black instead of being white like the car is.
