18 x 10 +42 all around?
Any reason I can't run these all around with 275's?
Guessing there might be some inside front clearance issues?

The only reason you wouldn't be able to use them is clearance issues, because of the turning of the front wheels they won't work without hitting and possibly damaging something... maybe with an inch spacer it might act like a 9" for the front wheels, but don't take my word for it, I am just throwing a swag out...

I'm running 18 x 9.5, older style (07) GT500's which have a 48 offset IIRC and I'm running 275's all around, no drop, with no rubbing. But if you want my opinion, go with 285's in back and a wheel that will handle 255's up front. 275's up front can sometimes tramline something fierce.

If your trying to keep the 275s, i think the gt500s 9.5s are a good choice as well. Plus they look sick IMO.

I'm not using 18's but, I run a 275/35 with 10 inch rims all around and I got no issues with tramlining or hitting anything (rubbing) and I am lowered 1 1/2 inches. My problem is going to 5 (so far) balance shops and after a month the weights fall off ( one or 2.. not all of em) and it's like driving over potholes constantly til I get it ficed and kill 2 hours.

Mine will tramline even if the ruts aren't easily visible. And when they are, the steering wheel will sometimes nearly rip from my hands. Fortunately, my Stang is not my DD or I WOULD have changed to 255's up front by now.
