Default I NEED HELP WITH TRANSMITION - HOW MUCH OIL ?

Hello guys,
I'am from Czech Republic ( Methanol cause ) ), and i have Mustang 2005 V6 and now i have +- 50 000 milles and i need replace oil at transmition. But at our car service poured out only 4.5L oil and maybe 2 L are at inside. Car service talk to me, that at this automatic transmition must have minimum 11L oil, so they replace to new oil and put 9L oil and turn on engine. Engine was turn on maybe 10 second and from guferu start squirt oil out... So my question is:

How much oil must be at AUTOMATIC transmition ? Thank's very much vor you're answers.

11.2 liters but that's an approximate dry capacity including cooler and tubes (out of the Owners Manual). You'll never drain that much out.

Is possible that from transmition, they replace only 4.5L oil and maybe maximum 2 L are inside ?
I thing that if at transmition was only 6L oil, so this transmition can't working. But my transimition working normal.
