I have a v6 premium 05 convertible with about 3,400 miles on it, took it in for a clunking/popping noise when shifting from park to reverse or reverse to park. This is what they said about it...
"Road test has driveline noise from Park to Reverse, called hot line no repairs at this time, noise is under investigation"
So if you are hearing a noise when shifting from park/reverse take it in to be looked at so they have a record of it in case they do find a repair for it then you should be called in to have it fixed. They told me they have already had other complaints about it on the 05 Mustangs. Just wanted to give y'all a heads up in case you are hearing a noise shifting!
