Hello all,
We have had a lot of calls recently regarding faulty product, only to find out that it is/was a competitor's product and unfortunately, we can't really help with those.
We have seen several products hit the market in the last few years that are very similar to those that we have designed (such as the LightBar, Sequential Taillights, Wheels, Hood Pins, Hood Struts, etc...). Since we are seeing a lot more of these, we thought we would make sure that you, the customer, understands to look for the differences.
In an effort to help you get the best product for your pride and joy, we would like to recommend taking a close look at a few things:
1) Manufacturer - Check out a manufacturer's warranty page. You can learn a lot about product quality from their willingness to stand behind their product. We have a LIFETIME WARRANTY!
Make sure you ask for CDC BY NAME!
2) Price - Comparing prices is never a bad idea, but make sure you take a look at the overall product. Lower costs usually indicate lower quality. If you're looking for a superior quality product that you won't have to worry about replacing, they are going to be a little more expensive. When buying tools, most of us will spend the extra couple bucks for the reassurance that if something breaks, it'll be replaced at no charge! Why not take the same approach for restyling and performance accessories?
3) Customer Service - Call the manufacturer and ask them to help you understand their product BEFORE PURCHASING. We have customer support reps available every weekday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm EST. No automated messages, just enthusiasts who want to help you get the best product available.
