Question MyColor upgrade

I cannot find a recent post about anyone doing a mycolor upgrade. I have a 05 GT. I mainly want the message center. I read about a few others on the forum doing this upgrade for around $350 after an original core charge. I would like to know the best steps to doing this upgrade. I cannot find the cluster for anything less than $550. And where can I order the cluster so that I keep my current odometer reading. Also, I have read about the 05s having an issue because they are not equipped with tpms. I have no issue breaking into the dash, being that I have had it completely apart to replace all of the stepper motors before. Any info on this would be appreciated.

I did a recent inquiry about my 05 and I did the swap myself. I bout a 6 Guage cluster for a little over 100 the same the switch for 60 then the wiring harness from a dealership which was 40 then wired the harness into my radio power 1 wire to the Guage 1 to ground and 1 to illumination... Easy right. I had to pay another 175 for Ford to transfer my as built data then another 150 to a shop they use to transfer my odometer, so all in all its around 425 but kinda worth it to me

I had mine switched about a month after I bought my 06 as my salesman forgot to put a checkmark to indicate I wanted the my color. I was told it was about $1000 to do it but that was back in 06 and Ford got to eat the bill on that. They had to program the mileage in wherever the dealer ordered the cluster from
