Am I missing something?...
On the AM site, watching the video of a 2011 GT Automatic before/after BAMA 93 Race tune + airaid intake.
First link is dyno stock (per video)
Second link is dyno after tune+intake
Says 60 HP gain but not what is reflected... HP goes from 344 - 364, TQ from 302 - 343. Am I missing something? Interpreting numbers wrong?

The way they measure peak gains is by finding the point anywhere in the curve in which for some given rpm, the most tq or hp is gained.
So, even if the max hp or tq gain may be say 20 or 30, peak gains could be higher than that potentially.

Kind of misleading IMHO... When I saw the numbers on the dyno graph vs the quoted HP/TQ gains I thought there must be some mistake. Going to take a closer look. Here's the transcript from the link posted by Murph (it does say at the end "thoughout the curve...": Still, not what I expected... Don't even know what that means...
"Hey it’s Mike from AmericanMuscle.com. today we’re taking a look at the Airaid cold air intake for the 2011 Mustang GT. This kit replaces your factory restrictive airbox, by improving airflow to your Mustangs engine, you’ll notice increased horse power, better acceleration, improved throttle response, and better fuel economy, especially when you add a Bama tune. This really is a must have mod for performance. The Airaid kit comes with a high flow reusable air filter, molded plastic inlet tube, silicone hoses, all the hardware, and a high quality plastic airbox. Before we install this intake and tune, we’re going to do a stock dyno run, and get some baseline horse power and torque numbers. Stock, our 2011 Mustang GT automatic put down 344 horse power, and 302 ft/lbs of torque. The Airaid cold air intake kit comes with an NVT, which is a modular venturi tube, that allows you to use it without a tune, but we’re going to take that out, and use a bama tune to get maximum performance. All black finish with the Airaid logo proudly displayed, and high quality airbox with large air filter helps increase air flow, and engine sound. Now we’re going to show you how easy it is to install with simple hand tools. Along with the cold air intake, we also installed one of out 93 octane bama race tunes. A custom tune from bama adjusts engine parameters for maximize your performance, optimized air/fuel ratio, spark advance, enhanced throttle response, variable cam timing, and for automatics, increased shift firmness and adjustable shift points. After installing the tune we made another dyno run. After installing the intake and a bama tune, the car 364 horse power and 343 ft/lbs of torque, with as much as 60 horsepower and 58 ft/lbs of torque throughout the curve. So in under an hours time we installed the Airaid cold air intake, and a bama tune, and picked up as much as 60 horse power and 58 ft/lbs of torque."

It seems like you have it figured out now. We saw a Peak power gain of 20RWHP+ and 41RWTQ+. At some point through out the curve there was a gain of 60+RWHP!
Like Mike Said -
