Default Wheel Opinions

I would like to get a new set of wheels to accommodate a wider tire. I'm looking at an AMR wheel that is Charcoal. I'd be doing staggered 18x9/18x10. Just wondering if this wheel will look ok on a Vista blue with Silver stripes. Here is the car as it is now. It's kind of hard to picture it. The wheel looks good on a car that's just blue with no stripes. What do you all think?

Here is the wheel: AMR Wheel

Have you considered the silver AMR wheel? I think it'd go better with your silver stripes. Maybe you can post it in the Chop Shop section and see if anyone can help you get a better idea of how it'd look.

I agree, I don't thing I would do the charcoal wheels with the silver stripe. I think it would look good if you did not have the stripe, but with it I would do a lighter color wheel. That is just me though.

I also agree silver wheels would go better with the silver faded stripes, but I maybe a little bias. ;-)

I have silver Cobra R wheels. Here's a close up.

I agree with the others guys 68....kinda.
You have a great 3 color scheme going (blue, silver stripes, chome/polished accents). I would stick with that and would find something in a polished or chrome finish as opposed to a silver machined finish.
Buy hey what the hell do I know anyways, i'm just here for the hp man

If I didn't have my Roush wheels, I might consider these. Those are the 18s, however I'd probably go with the 19" version. I prefer chrome on vista blue cars, but that's me.

Check out madstang40's car. Same color as yours with the silver stripe. He has machined 2010 GT500 style wheels staggered like you're wanting. Here's a thread of his with a video of his car: https://mustangforums.com/forum/2005...aust-note.html

I considered those gt500 wheels also. And the Cobra R's as well. Thanks for the input guys. Hard to judge something like that.
