Default Help! No brakes

I changed my rear brakes yesterday and now have no brakes. I used a disc brake changer to compress and spin them at the same time. Yes the resivoir cap is tight. I did not disconnect any of the lines but I did bleed them some. I've pumped the brakes and no luck getting back front or rear pressure. Any suggestions ?

Thanks

OMG, it's been a while since I've done a rear set of pads on these 05+ cars. LMAO. I can't remember if the inboard pad has a small nipple on it, if so make sure that has seated properly into the slot of the caliper piston.

^^^^^He should never had opened the system anyway, no need to bleed when replacing pads...
I think that you couldn't put the caliper back on, on these cars if your pad isn't aligned properly (not enough room for the rotor to slide in then).

Most folks don't know about the fact that you have to screw in the piston as you push it back in... They think a C clamp will suffice like the old school days, not!
With the correct tool it's not hard though.

Yea, I've done the front before and figured the back would be no problem at all. I now know all about them. Where I went wrong was I didn't realize that they needed to be screwed in and was trying with a c clamp. I opened up the valve to release brake fluid thinking that there was pressure on the system. I now know to go to advanced auto parts and get the kit and give it million turns, lol.

Did the same thing with my 95. Spent hours trying to force it back into the caliper until I found out it screws back it. I was so pissed but happy at the same time once I was back up and running. Good to know the S197s run the same design.

Could be worse. My brother c-clamped the hell out of his rear 240SX caliper until he blew the piston seal.
