Default Great Service

Bought a Certified Pre Owned 2011 GT and noticed the tread splitting on one of the tires. Car now has 20,000 miles. The Dealer (Roswell Ford) replaced all four today with brand new tires. They had some trouble with one of the tire monitors so replaced it too.
I expected to have to fight them for new tires but they volunteered to replace them before I even asked. Great Service!

Wow! Unfortunately that type of service is few and far between with the dealerships.

Just bought a 2014 mustang at automax in texas, one week later, when i was washing it, i found out the right side mirror was lose, they said it had to be hit, even though where was no sign of it, and did not want to cover it. So my wife went in rasing hell, the owner finally said they would fix it. You are lucky to have a good dealership.

This is great feedback, Craniac! I’ll be more than happy to get this documented for you. If you’d like to, PM me with your VIN, dealer, full name, and best daytime number so I can do so.

Would be great if all dealers treated their customers that way. They'd get a lot more business from new and repeat buyers. Word travels fast these days.
