Headlight LED Bars
Well went back out removed passenger kick pad again finally found the fuse box behind 2 cover flaps removed the parking light fuse and that did not work either. So now I will go back and read the owners manual again shortly.
So Im going to suggest something that might be sacriligious, but we had a problem with these really annoying LED's in our data center on these load balancers. They were super bright and our NOC operators would report issues when they would see them, when in fact they were totally fine. So we put black electrical tape over them to block them from view. Given that you've got smoked covers, maybe a strip of electrical tape before putting the covers on is in order? You probably wont be able to see the tape but it would block from view and be removable in the future if you wanted to. Yes, it's pretty redneck I know...

as much as I hate giving this advice because I love the LED bars, you might want to consider cutting the power wires to the LED bars. there is a 2013 wiring diagram here:
