Default Too much tuning dangerous?

Hey guys, recently I was thinking about the tunes I run on my 06' GT. I sometimes have an urge to switch the one running on my car. Usually it stays at 91 street, but if I go out on Friday to a meet or somewhere fun, I get an urge to plug in the SF3 SCT from AM.com and change it to 91 performance or race incase we start to have some fun.

I never do though because I feel like running different tunes too often is not safe for certain parts, so it stays on 91 street all the time. Is this true or am I just over thinking? Can it be dangerous to switch tunes twice per week?

As long as your running 93 gas you can hop to any tune you want.

As long as you have good quality fuel, of the same octane rating your tunes are written for, you can change back and forth as much as you want.

Swap tunes to your hearts content. No problem as long as the octane in the tank is as high or higher than the tune calls for.

Before I dropped in the ProCharger I solved this issue by simply running the 93 race tune permanently. :-) The only problem with that is the effect on my wallet.

That's exactly why I don't want to leave an aggressive tune on lol. I live in the city, it would be miserable.

You might as well.

For those complaining about the extra $$$, I'll let you think about an old saying. "Speed costs money. How fast do you want to go?"

Since I'm only running a CAI, tune, and axlebacks as for performance, and nothing but tints and a trunk lid, I feel like my car doesn't get the attention I should. Once americanmuscle restocks their bbk LT's then I'm putting those in ASAP then ill run a nice ballsy tune for good lol.
