Default Error code P2195...

Some history; car is not passing emissions, four systems not ready. I purchased an OBD 2 scanner and installed the Torque app yesterday. Great tool, receiving a P2195 code: 02 Sensor Signal Stuck lean bank 1 - sensor 1. Should I replace the 02 sensors?

Now this is only my feeling, if one O2 is out, I would replace all four. Plus as they age if you replace one and that signal is showing a higher voltage, that alone could cause issues. Just replace them all.

Update: I purchased two front 02 sensors at the dealer, decided to have them installed since I had to work the weekend. Received a call Saturday afternoon before they closed; installed the driver side, but having problems with the passenger side. They broke a bolt on the manifold and the 02 sensor is fused in the pipe. Keeping it until Monday. Great, there goes what would be an hour of labor cost. On the upside, I guess I found out why it was not ready for emissions.

If they broke it they should not be charging you for the extra labor of removing the broken bolt. Changing an 02 sensor does not/should not require removing the manifold.

A JDM tune I use to run threw that code every month. I switched to Brenspeed......no codes at all. I guess since it was fused that could have been the reason for your cel.

The code has cleared, still going through the drive cycle. What a pain! I'm also taking the car back to the dealer tomorrow, there's a loud creaking noise that wasn't there before.
