thrust angle help plz
No, it would be leaking if its bent
Port st lucie, this is pissing me off. Last dealer sloppy job had me in twice for pinion leak and 4 times for rear caliper (had to replace rotor too due to their sloppy install on the metal plates that draging on rotor). Now this dealer, but im not sure if the bad bearing is due to the alignment. i drive with window down 95% of the time so i might had a bad wheel bearing to start with but then again noise was never this loud but im sure its on the driver front. The whirl/hum noise is pretty loud and stands out more on asphalt pavement. i starting to think if extend warranty or any kind of warranty from dealership is worth it.
edit
actually im pretty sure now its the alignment, i drove 40 minutes there with window up and i didnt notice it the noise its when i got the car back i noticed the noise like in the video.

If you have an axle tube twisted, it will exhibit the traits you've described, and would not leak. And if they're only slightly twisted, you'd need an angle finder to verify.
I just crawl under the rear in the middle of the night lol with no tools only a flashlight. I can confirm its not twisted or bent. It was it twisted it would look something like this- https://www.dropbox.com/s/a4qhl7tf6trw3uu/axle2.JPG my rear wheel sits perfectly within the well, springs are straight up doesnt look tilted in anyway. I didnt have a angle tool so i used a striaght wooden bar and placed all aroud the tube, if it was bent there would been gaps between the two object. On top of that i looked at it from as much angle as i possibly could while being cramped underneath. Im ruling out possible bent rear suspension, while i was under there everything was perfect no chip, stretch mark or anything peculiar that would indicate a bent. Plus i had a independent shop looked at it too when i had car on chassis/frame machine. Ill just get the adj phb and lca to realign my rear. But what ****/frustrate me is these damn dealer mechanic. "Everytime" when i have my car in for a repair they never seem to get it right the first time. Im fed up right now, unless i have a engine failure ill just pay out of pocket and have someone else do it. Im starting to think the wheel bearing noise might be back when my car was in the shop after the accident the first dealer must have over torqued the axle nut. 9k miles later wheel bearing is going out, makes me worry the other 3 wheels. I can also confirm its not tire noise, i drove it on asphalt pavement and road noise was minimal to none and you can clearly hear the whirr hum from the driver front.

3/16" at the wheel is going to be less than that at the LCAs, and that's a small enough error that I wouldn't try chasing it with any less than daylight and a plumb bob or two and a scale with 1/32" or better resolution. That only verifies the axle; there is still the chassis and possibly errors in centering the LCA bolts equally left side vs right. Plus that PHB/lateral axle location error that I don't know the reason for.
I'm retired and I don't have to physically be places on anybody else's schedule any more. It is a bit irritating when somebody thinks I must be readily available virtually as if I was still on a time clock. I'm online here as invisible for a reason.
