Default Wheels and Tires [Help]

Hey guys my dad has a 01' Mustang GT that was just totaled out and I have a 2010 Mustang v6. The question I am concerned about is would his wheels and tires mount up properly on my ride? Please don't say go look because I do not live with him and I am at work so I cannot.

They may physically bolt up, but the offset will be wrong and the wheels/tires will be pushed outward.

There isn't enough information to say by how much or whether there will be a big risk of tire to fender rubbing, but that is a distinct possibility.
