Default mustangs pouring anti freeze help....

When I got home from work tonight I observed a strong smell of anti freeze when I got out the car... well I looked under it and seen antifreeze pouring from the engine bay. I popped the hood and it looked like it was coming from the water pump.

Spool would this be covered under warranty the car has around 50k miles....and what do I need to do??

Don't know if they changed the crappy plastic thermostat housing in the 2010-12 models, but that would be the typical culprit for my year.

Do water pumps still have the weep hole when they are about to fail or have failed?

Well glad its covered. Something about Ford and the Mustangs. Mine always end up having cooling issues.

Depends on the warranty you have. When the trans in my brand new '12 Focus was being replaced because its a piece of crap, they did not give me a loaner as it wasnt in my lease agreement.
