Stalling in Neutral

Stalling in Neutral
Hey guys, I might understand what needs to be done, but Im not really sure.
I have a 2014 V6 with an Airaid CAI, BBK LT, BBK X-Pipe, Pypes Mid muffler Catback
The problem is that in neutral, it tends to drop rpms to like 100 then shoot back up to idle, and sometimes it'll even stall. I have done the battery relearn. There is a CEL and the code pulled is P0131, bank 1 sensor 1, which is driver side upstream O2. I dont think that's the problem, but Im guessing it just needs a tune.
If that's the case, it is bad for the car to keep randomly stalling? Currently I don't have money to tune... Until at least b'day or Xmas.
Thanks

I still have the factory tune.
I had a full exhaust makeover first before adding the CAI, and it would still drop RPMs but never actually stalled. When I installed the CAI, it started stalling, and only did so twice. Once at like 2:59 AM in Indiana and another time at around 10:00AMish in Georgia. Both within like 30 minutes of starting up.
