I learned my lesson that day, and from then on out, I dont care how good the deal is, if it doesn't have what I want i dont buy. If you settle for something, you will not enjoy driving and then buyers remorse will kick in.... just my .02 cents. good luck.
^^^Yeah, take it from me...I bought a 2011 Base GT in 2012 because I always wanted a 5.0 since I was a kid, found a great price on one...and with in two months, i was upset because it didn't have leather, steering wheel upgrade, no power seats, no Shaker, no sync, no ambiant lighting, no lighted door sills, no Brembo, 3.31's...and the list goes on. I purchased a 2012 Brembo/premium and love it. I have still upgraded it as far as susupension and engine as you can see in my sig, but I should have waited for this car instead of buying two different cars in a year. Lesson learned for me. Now the only thing I would trade this car in for would be a great deal on a Roush or a GT500.

I see two lines of thought in this topic....

One is the person who bought what they wanted in a base model and are happy......no problem there.

The other is those who wanted a premium and bought a base because of price and regrets not getting what they wanted......problem here.

I think we all have made purchases of items based on price vs wants. With as much time as we spend in and around our vehicles, I really think buying what you want is the way to go.....of course one must understand wants and dollars have to agree along the way to.
