I have the passenger side dash squeak/rattle too. I found that pressing hard on the glove box door helps, but it isn't the door. I rode with the glove box door OPEN, and it STILL squeaked....

Seems like it's behind the airbag, in that area???

Did I read something about a piece of FOAM back there being the cause? Don't recall...but I'd love to fix it, too!

It doesn't always do it...but when it does, it's annoying!

ORIGINAL: Gloves

ORIGINAL: delurker

I vaguely recall a thread somewhere about a loose bracket underneath/behind the passenger side airbag that you can easily tighten down to make that squeak go away.
I'm going to look into that. I was just thinking, it could be some of the stuff in my glove compartment.
there's also a TSB out about some missing bolts that causes the firewall to rattle. I had this done. and it helped a lot

I lowered my car with the Tein H springs .09" in front & 1.7" in rear. The look is just what I wanted; right in the middle of both Eibach (SP?) springs. The car rides much firmer and feels great! However, I have noticed a few rattles and squeeks in the interior since I made the swap. Does anyone else that has lowered their car have the same issue?
My car is at stock height and there are many rattles and squeeks. I've given up. I just drive it hard so that I can only hear the engine LOL
