At least in 2013, it came standard with the cloth (vs vinyl) top that is part of the GT Premium package. It isn't listed as part of the standard GT or any other versions that I saw.
I'm sure Ford Parts would be glad to sell you one or find one, with or without the available storage bag, on Ebay. 2005-2014 all appear to use the same part,
4R3Z-7654400-AAA or SK4R33-7654400-AA?. When I was looking at used 2012 & 2013's, 90% of the ones I saw had never been taken out of the plastic bag. It's not a very substantial cover really...fit is sort of sloppy.
