Default SCT Tuner help...

Hey everyone. I recently purchased a 2013 GT/CS and it came with the SCT Tuner from BAMA. I had them send me some new tunes for the 91 Octance since I don't have 93 octane in Colorado. That being said, I downloaded the software onto my computer. I then went to "check for updates" and it needed an update. When I click on i to update it, it asks me to verify that "car has been returned to stock." Obviously the 93 Octane tune is still on the car.

Do I need to return the car to stock? Or, do I just load the new tunes on the SCT and load them on to the car instead of doing the update?

Help, please...

I haven't returned my car to stock before uploading new tunes - and while doing remote tuning I have to swap tunes a lot.

in order to update your tuner, it needs to be set back to stock.

I hope you got this worked out but if it says there's updates, go ahead and return to stock and do the updates. Only takes an extra 15 minutes so just update.
