Says top 2 years old, but clutch is a little weak. (trying to figure out what that means) how hard/expensive is that to replace? Says slipping a little at highway speeds, which is what I need to do right away.

He said the mechanic says needs a clutch kit. $320, what's that? How long before it's "toast" w/o it.

Would need to drive it 4 hours non stop from Dallas to OKC.

 

I would be a bit skeptical on the long drive home with that kind of mileage and the admittance that it has clutch issues. To replace the clutch etc would probably be 4 times that at a reputable mechanic.

 

+1. do not try to drive it 4 hours home.

 

I didn't, after carfax came back with no input since 7/12, I passed. Not even tags were input. Seems fishy.
