Default Codes B2477 and U1900

so my 05 mustang pulled these 2 codes last night B2477-body and u1900-network, no cel or wrench light or abs light, i cleared the code and they came back

i tried googling what they where but not many answers, only thing i found was that it is a module somewhere or a short.
i replaced the cluster about 1.5 years ago at AAMCO because the stepper motor went bad, who seemed to do a good job, they said they got it from ford and everything, but ever since then my traction control button doesn't turn on or off and they said it wasnt us
i was told by another mechanic that ford needs to further program it, wondering how much that would be?
and also wondering if it is something i need to worry about right now?

Any help help would be appreciated.

b2477 is a generic code for ecu configuing failure, u1900 is a can bus communication failure, both are caused by a module. what module flagged the code(s)?

you cant assume, these exact codes can flag in multiple modules, so you need to know which module flagged the code in order to accurately diagnose the concern. otherwise you are just guessing. very common with network diagnosis, if you had the cluster replaced 1.5 years ago and have not had a concern till now, there is no reason to think that the cluster is bad.

ok thanks, think its a problem i should worry about now or it can wait a little?

car is running fine and no cel or anything doesnt appear to be anything wrong right now, maybe the problem will make it self more known when a cel is active

it may never illuminate the cel, and may not have anything to do with driveability or the pcm. modern cars have many modules, they communicate over a network, much like home computers do, when 1 goes down the other modules notice and will flag those codes

possible, but unless you can tell which module the code is for all you are doing is guessing, as i have stated before. correctly diagnosing a concern ALWAYS costs less than guessing

I don't disagree with you at all but just checking if the carpet on the passenger side is wet will tell the tale.
