guys- I know there has been a few post about this but not one that exactly answers my question. I am throwing a P0193 code Fuel Rail Pressure System (05 GT).

I have read so many things on this code, from people's car not starting to sluggish performance. I don't (at least currently ) don't have any of these issues. Car starts right up, goes fine engine light has been on for several months. What should I be looking for to fix? Should i just repalce the fuel rail pressure system or is there anything else to look for?

 

I had this issue on an F150, it was simply the fuel rail pressure sensor on the rail needed to be replaced.
