Default Front bumper damage

I curbed the car over a year ago, finally wanting to fix it. Tried zip tying the chin spoiler back to the bumper. The hole was split from the impact and the zip tie fell through. All the holes on the right side are split from the impact. Im guessing my options are to replace the whole bumper or redrill holes. Any advice? Thank you.

The damage isn't bad enough to warrant replacing the whole bumper, but I think you should remove it to perform a proper repair and repaint it to look like new again.

If it was me I would just use bolts, washers and nylock nuts.
