Default 05 Making weird squealing/squeaking nice when rolling.

I've attached a video and its been a issue for months now, I thought it was power steering fluid cause it was low originally, that hasn't helped and its been full for a week.
No idea what else it could be other than possibly the bearing

Turn down volume btw its pretty bad to hear believe me

Edit - I have no idea why I put nice in the title

It sounds like metal grinding on metal. Can't tell where it's from because of the poor video quality. If it's from under the hood, remove the drivebelt and spin each pulley manually until you find the culprit.

It was more than anything just for sound to see if it was a known noise cause I've never heard it on any car before. The exterior of the driver side, it could be the hood but not sure I'll check though
