2010 seats in a 2007
So recently I came into possession of some powered seats out of a 2010, and I’m trying to install them in my 2007 (came with powered seats
the problem I am having is that even though the plugs are the same, the connectors are pinned differently between model years
does anyone have the proper diagrams for these, or at least a guide on which wires would need to be changed?

Ford Workshop Service & Repair Manuals - fordrepair.info - 2011 Mustang 2011 Mustang 120 - power seats (iihs.net)
doesnt show the actual "pin" location but maybe you can check wire colors year to year and get it to work. good luck

Thanks, but that has one diagram that covers 2005 to 2010
i know the connectors changed in 07, and the wire colors are apparently different every year
maybe I can just swap the harnesses

Awesome Thank You ! I joust bought a set of 2012 seats retrofitting into my 2008 GT/CS....
So? I completely swap harness (take old to the 2012 seat ?) Cool....
Where - How does it "Unattach" from the current seat ? is it a harness with a built in plug at Both ends ?
so that I literally just unplug and remove (to new seat?)

You’ll have to remove most of the bottom seat cover on each seat to swap the harnesses. Assuming you don’t have seats with airbags, there is one plug going to the car and 4-5 on the seat side. There’s also a bunch of the “Christmas tree” clips to remove. Those are the main attachment to the seat
takes a bit of coaxing to get the plugs out, but if you go carefully you’ll be fine
