Can anyone help me out my car is showing a few codes p0053 p0059 p0401 p2195 p2197 p2198

P0401 is telling us the Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve is probably sticking, or stuck.
All the others I believe relate to Catalytic Converter malfunction. How many miles are on them, and have they been tampered with?
