Default Can I bleed my clutch with a pressure bleeder?

Clutch works fine, I just want to change the fluid. I just finished changing all the brake fluid with my Motive power bleeder and I need to know if I can go ahead and crack the clutch bleeder. I ask because I see people using vacuum on the reservoir to bleed the clutch. But I'm thinking because I don't have air in there, I can do it with pressure?

Oh, apparently there's no bleeder under the car? I guess the old fluid stays there until the slave cylinder gets replaced?
