Default Aftermarket Audio Dimmer

Hello All,
New on the forum, but in real need for help.
I just installed a Pioneer DVD and CD player and everything works great exept for the dimmer.
I don't know where to plug the wires, can somebody please help me.
At night I almost need a pair of sunglasses to drive....
Thanks in advance.

I FEEL YOUR PAIN I have the AVIC-D1 and I have the Same problem. I was able to dim it down by selecting a dark background, but this only helps in Audio / Vehicle Dynamics screens not the Map.

Visit my Website on some fixes for the Pioneer AVIC-D1 http://www.wieduwilt.us/mustang

Do you have one wire that powers the light? You could put a pot inline and dim it separately manually?
