Intermittant issue no crank
2013 Ford Mustang GT 120,000 miles first major issue.
Car starts up perfectly fine in morning and most of the time. Evening cold starts is large hesitation start up every day. What I'll do is prime the fuel pump by turning key then off and then prime again its way more instant startup.
The issue pattern is it'll start perfectly fine in morning but if i stop somewhere for even a minute and restart there's no crank at all. When this happens, the computer says to check charging system. Battery is less than a year old. Zero corrosion on battery terminals.
I've replaced the purge valve twice and now has an oem purge valve. I'm guessing bad fuel injectors or fuel pump. Anyone have any idea? I just purchased new stock oem Fuel Injectors - EV14 - 34lb (11-17) 5.0 and I'll install them this weekend and see if that clears it up. I also get 10miles to the gallon but think it needs to be around 14miles per gallon. Always 93 octane.
