Misfires

I have a 2005 V6 Stang and I just replaced all sparkplugs and now on the obd scanner I have a misfire in all cylinders please help

When you put the wires back on did you get them in the correct order? One side is in order of cylinders but the other side is not. Very common mistake to mix up the wires on the 4.0
