I have an 05 GT, and with the new mustangs theres this thing where you can change the color of the dash..........to start out with, mine was a really intense red..........now after messing around with it, i cant get it back to that same red, just a pinkish red.........i turned all the other colors down and the red all the way up but it doesnt work.........any ideas?

Instead of doing the "hold reset" mycolor changes, just pick the red option. It should be the dark red that you want.

It took me a while to figure it out too. There is an option that lets you choose one of the primary colors such as red, green,etc.... There is another different option that allows you to mix the colors. If you use this option, you will not be able to change it to one of the primary colors, because mixing them only allows you bring all of the colors down to one. The color you will end up with will still be a mixture of all three of the colors. I don't remember exactly how to just choose one of the primary colors, but just keep messing around with it and you'll be able to figure it out. I think there are some instructions on how to change the colors in the owner's manual.
