Yep, best just go with a body color and spend the $150 or so and get it professionally painted.

Sorry to hear about your delay 351Pony, I had a similar issue with a spoiler I ordered from Japan for my Subaru WRX a couple years ago. It arrived damaged, I had to file a claim between the US and HK postoffice which was a nightmare, after a year of follwing up I finally got my money back! Thanks for the pics Praztak looks really good on your car now and will look even better painted to match. I'm also looking at the LNR Ducktail (another 1 piece) which is in my other post but I think this GFR has a better look over the body lines!

$150 or so, who was I kidding...just got quoted $350. Those that have this spoiler, how much did you spend?

Finally got my rear tail in (minutes ago) and will be headed down to the paint shop later this afternoon. Will keep you posted on the cost of painting the tail (they had original estimated $150-200);

I am considering this spoiler also. But after seeing the pictures from praztek I am not so sure about the fit and finish. Is it a poor photo or are there gaps where it meets the trunk? I was also expecting it to fit very close to the body over the rear fender corners so that it looked molded in. The best photo from their website does not show these areas clearly.

If memory serves me correct , this was exactly the same as the one I saw of the Shelby GT at the auto show last month. It wasn't a snug fit against the rear fenders.

You can see the ends are not flush from pic.

Does anyone have a update to this post? I just picked my white 06 last week and I could not get a GT without a stock wing, which sucks! I was thinking about a Legend duck tail because it looks like a GT500 tail and it fits into the same holes that the stock spoiler has in my deck lid. It looks likes some people are having problems with this company's products. Is this a common problem? Does anyone know if you can order a GT500 duck tail from a ford dealership yet and if the holes in the deck lid are the same?

Holes in the deck lid are an exact match to the Legend; send me a pm if interested in buying mine. Already painted, will take a price reduction since you will have to repaint. Just too aggressive for my style. Once the GT 500 comes out, sure this will sell quick. Originally bought from http://www.gefracing.com/Merchant2/m...ry_Code=05BODY
