Hi guys i was planing to buy tomorrow the cold air intake with custome tune for it and 4.7 gear do you guys thnk its a good setup and how much more power do you think i will get. Its an automatic 2005 gt.

 

Which intake and which tuner? Also 4.7 gear??????????? You mean 4.10?

Dude... I think you need to do a little more research... Based on all the forums I've read, the best gears for the 05-06 Mustang are 4.10's or 4.30's... The 4.30's will give you a bit more back-in-the-seat acceleration over the 4.10's, but the 4.10's are probably better all around, especially if you plan on doing any highway driving... I just installed my FRPP 4.10's and love them... They are not overpowering by any means, but they are much better than the stock set-up...
