Once I figured out what I was doing wrong it was easy. If you have the tools it is easy. The problem I had was with the pulley puller. Everything is on now and everything is all good.[sm=icon_rock.gif]

no I removed the bolt, I just didn't have the tightening bolt on the puller pushing against anything solid. the threads on the end of the bolt actually were damaged, I was scared to death I messed up the threads in the crankshaft, but they were fine. So I just slipped a socket over the end of the bolt and the pulley came right off very easily.

I have 0 clearance issues, the alternator bracket bolt they gave me in the kit clears the waterpump pulley by a good 1/2 inch or so.

Hey what kind of puller did you use?? did you attach to the outside of the pulley or the inside, I am having trouble getting mine off!! I got my puller on but with only two jaws and put some serious torque on it and it did not budge and that is even tapping on the pulley with a rubber mallet hoping it would give while under tension but no luck. Please let me know how you did it...
