Removing the stock one is pretty easy. You have to remove the splash shield that covers the entire bottom of the engine (10 screws if I remember right) then you can access the two screws in the fender wells that hold the edges of the stock one on. Those two are a bit of a pain. The only hard part of installing the CDC are those two screws, especially if your car is already lowered. There isn't much room to manuever to get to them. Fit is perfect. The finish looks good but whatever you do don't get the rubbing alcohol on it because it will come right off.
