You really got me thinking about doing something on my car now. What was the pricing on just the flame job?

The flame portion of the paint job was 1500 and I got him to do the rest for free. He suggested painting all the other silver stuff to match the flames so I told him to go ahead with it. He did it for the same price. That's cheap though! I was quoted thousands more at a similar shop where the painter wasn't even as good.

 

Dave, I just showed your pics to my 12 year old...he was awestruck!

I have to say that when I read the tread title. I thought to myself "that is ricey". But after seeing the pics I can honestly say that with the color combination and the style of the flames and the subtely of it. Well it looks pretty damn sharp!

I like it a lot man, must say when I saw silver flames in the thread title i expected the worst... Really bold idea though and it came out great. I also love how you painted the other parts silver as well, really unique lookin stang.
