Thanks for everyones reply. I never thought about the matte black. Does look good! Sam, I wasn't able to see the photos you posted. Said I didn't have premission to access. Blue, I am thinking about putting side stripes as well.

 

On the black I would go with the silver stripes.

I am putting the white on my Kona blue stang. I know what you mean about the family! My friends and family are sick of me yacking about my car all the time too! I think picking wheels is the hardest decision!

 

matte black on a black stang.. cant go wrong with that but sam i am's ride is looking pretty good i would say. oh, some people like red stripes

I've seen red and shelby blue...both actually looked pretty good. I'm a sucker for silver though...

I think the Matte black is nice but only looks good with dark rims and everything smoked...like you gotta keep the "blacked out" theme...

 

On our black GT Premium Vert with red leather interior...we went with the silver stripes...kinda dark metallic silver....the guy who did it said that the matte stripes do not hold up as well as the others....I was really into the matte black until he convinced me otherwise...we also did the lower stripe on the rocker panels...I wanted the car to look like a "Shelby" but instead of GT 500 on the lower stripe we just had the GT put on. I think it looks good...and the installer did a great job. If you take the link in my sig...go to pic 3 you can see the rear stripes...pretty decent photo considering its from a Crackberry Curve....the pic of the front is full of glare but you can see the front too...if you go through all four pics....IF you care enough to look! My neighbor up the street has a gt500 with eh matte black on black, it looks good but is very very subtle. i guarantee soem people wil miss them. depends on what you want, i have seen black with grabber blue and that looks very cool.
